We combined yards and yards of top quality soft tulle to make this standout tutu skirt, and we didn't stop there...we wrapped a full 6 foot red sash at the waist, and handmade the topped it with a handmade white feather flower.  The red sash can be tied in a bow or wrapped at the waist, it's up to you when you receive your new tutu.
