When will my order be shipped? TOP

All of our tutus are custom-made to order and most ship within 14 days of order.  Of course, you tutu will ship earlier whenever possible.  If you need a faster ship date please contact us in advance so we can determine whether or not we can meet your deadline.

Our diy tutu kits, Make a Tutu Kit, and Quick Ship Tutus, ship within 2 business days.

What payment methods do you accept? TOP

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, as well as Paypal payments for your convenience. All payment information is collected and processed via an SSL secure server for your protection.

Do you accept returns or exchanges? TOP

Our tutus are custom made to order and therefore we can not offer returns or exchanges. Once an order is placed, it can not be refunded or cancelled. If there is a defect in an item you ordered, please contact us!

How much is shipping and where do you ship? TOP

We ship internationally as well as within the U.S.. We use USPS Priority Mail for all domestic shipments and International Priority for international orders.  Shipping rates are calculated automatically by our website based on your total order amount. You will see the current shipping rates for your order instantly by clicking the View Cart link.   We have done our best to accurately estimate international shipping charges; however, we may contact international customers with a revised shipping estimate if the actual shipping charge exceeds our estimate.

What is your privacy policy? TOP

We take your privacy seriously. We will not sell, rent, loan or otherwise provide your personal information to any person, company or organization for any reason other than for the purpose of processing your order.
